Bank BTPN adalah bank devisa yang memfokuskan diri untuk melayani dan memberdayakan segmen masyarakat berpendapatan rendah yang terdiri dari para pensiunan, pelaku usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM), serta komunitas prasejahtera produktif (mass market).

Bank BTPN memfokuskan diri untuk melayani segmen mass market yang terdiri dari para pensiunan, pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), komunitas prasejahtera produktif; segmen consuming class; serta segmen korporasi. 

Fokus bisnis tersebut didukung unit-unit bisnis Bank BTPN, yaitu BTPN Sinaya – unit bisnis pendanaan, BTPN Purna Bakti – unit bisnis yang fokus melayani nasabah pensiunan, BTPN Mitra Usaha Rakyat – unit bisnis yang fokus melayani pelaku usaha mikro, BTPN Mitra Bisnis – unit bisnis yang fokus melayani pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah, BTPN Wow! – produk Laku Pandai yang fokus pada segmen unbanked, Jenius – platform perbankan digital untuk segmen consuming class, serta unit bisnis korporasi yang fokus melayani perusahaan besar nasional, multinasional, dan Jepang.

1. Diutamakan jurusan Ilmu Komputer, Teknologi Informasi, Design Web, atau jurusan lainnya (dengan pemahaman Teknologi Informasi)
2. Memiliki pengetahuan dalam Testing dan Performance Test Aplikasi (web dan mobile)
3. Memiliki pengetahuan dalam membuat laporan atas pengujian manual
4. Minimal memiliki pengetahuan salah satu tools seperti : JIRA, Testrail, Confluence, Postman, Database IDE
5. Familiar dengan agile software development
6. Memiliki integritas, inisiatif, dan detail.
7. Memilkiki komitmen yang tinggi untuk menyelesakan tugas tepat waktu
8. Memiliki kemampuan beradaptasi dengan baik dan cepat belajar

• Advocate for the customer in solving customer-experience and design problems. A person who is motivated by customer empathy and can collaborate effectively with both product and engineering teams.
• Lead, create and adopt new language / framework / platform for software construction
• Set the appropriate design pattern, object oriented approach and apply component-based / microservices design and development
• Perform as well as coach to ensure developer team under supervision to code according to coding conventions, structures and easy to understand
• Perform as well as coach to ensure developer team under supervision to implement TDD and conduct unit testing, integration testing, debugging    
• Lead on performance test and support automated testing
• Implement other good software construction practices such as code reviews and peer-programming

1. Have experience minimum 5 years experience as Software Engineer with any related development approach (waterfall / agile).
2. Well-rounded experience on (front-end and/or back-end) software construction using any of following technologies; HTTP, HTML5, CSS, XML, JSON, AJAX, API, Java (Spring), JavaScript Framework (e.g. Node.JS, Angular, React Native) and native mobile platforms on either Android and/or IOS.
3. Ability to create effective and high performance SQL statements and able to design efficient database entity relationship
4. Experience in using IDE and other productivity tools effectively, including but not limited to centralized/distributed version controls, bug reporting, single/multi-threaded code analysis/coverage, etc.
5. Experience in using tools for build and test automation.
6. Proactive and excellent interpersonal skill, including but not limited to teaching/sharing/learning, brainstorming, presentation, etc.
7. Familiarity on any of following; application server, UI/UX, graphic design, social media and low-level (OS, hardware) issues of application development is a plus.

• To understand the “Big Picture” of the Objectives and goals and be able to do the required analysis to break down the solution into valuable pieces of work or User stories
• To maintain the focus on objective of the squad and to deliver and help prioritize the product backlog the same for every sprint
• To ensure that the planned stories are completely analyzed, with all details required and are ready to be presented to the team during the planning session for sprint sign-up
• To answer any question that my co-squad members would have with regards the story being discussed or under development.
• Showcasing the deliverables of a sprint to the relevant stakeholders for sign off during sprint review
• To truthfully reflect the business priority and objective during planning and analysis

1. Having experience in playing the Product Owner’s role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. Or Product management’s role for at least three years in financial / technology institutions
2. Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban.
3. Awareness and experience in several Agile practices: User Stories, Product backlog, MVP, Release Planning, inception, retrospective, ATDD etc
4. Project management role in planning, developing and executing strategy for multiple projects , able to transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.    
5. Sound business and financial knowledge, responsible for resources allocation, including finances, during development. This includes making decisions based on the best return on investment (ROI) and understanding the cost and benefit when prioritizing the backlog
6. Stakeholder Management, Proactive and Excellent both for communication and interpersonal skill, able to effectively communicate problems and solutions to the different party (team, user and customer)
