General role and responsibilities :

  1. Receive leads internally or externally and collect required amount of data regarding the lead
  2. Review leads and conduct assessment for lead qualification based on customer data
  3. Conduct detailed opportunity assessment and prioritize the opportunities based on predefined criteria: along with the superior manager decide if and when an opportunity needs to pursued
  4. Interact with the customer to define requirement and inform the same to the application engineering
  5. Create customer solution along with the application engineering and propose the solution to the customer
  6. Create customer quote based on agreed solution, estimated delivery time and approved price
  7. Negotiate with the customer to agree on final solution, price and terms and conditions of the transaction

Responsibilities:

  • Collecting the required data from various sources such as historical activity, PRTG Record Monitoring and daily Off board complete report.
  • Plan, prepare, measure and analyze the necessary resources and data material, manpower and schedule accurately.
  • Setting up a regular Preventive Maintenance schedule and managing other maintenance activities down-days to be effective.
  • Provide accurate direction and feedback to overcome the obstacles in the Off Board System and Infrastructure.

Requirements:

  1. D3 Mechatronic Engineering  or Computer Engineering or Computer & Network Engineering
  2. Experience in Technology Support or Fresh Graduate.
  3. Familiar with Fundamental Network Infrastrucrure  (LAN & WI-FI).
